About Me
Welcome — I’m Victoria Palmer, LICSW
My hope is that from the moment you arrive, you feel a sense of calm, safety, and genuine care.
As a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts, I offer in person and online counseling for older adolescents and adults. As a therapist, I believe in meeting you exactly where you are — without judgment or expectation. Together, we’ll explore your experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
I’m trained in a variety of evidence-based practices including Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) interventions and have extensive experience working with teens and adults living with anxiety, depression, executive dysfunction, family or relationship conflict, and life transitions.
I have additional specialties in Perinatal Postpartum care as I have formal training through Postpartum Support International (PSI). I have experience in supporting women and birthing people through the perinatal and postpartum journey, including pregnancy, birth, and the months (and years) that follow. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, birth trauma, identity shifts, infertility or the daily challenges of caring for yourself while caring for others, you don’t have to face it alone.
Healing doesn’t happen overnight, but with openness, curiosity, and support, real and lasting change is possible. Clients often describe me as both compassionate and direct — someone who “keeps it real” while offering a space that feels safe, understanding, and deeply supportive. My goal is to create a space where you can breathe, reflect, begin to feel more like yourself again.
You don’t have to go through this alone — we’ll take each step together.
